Reach South Academy Trust is seeking to appoint an exceptional Office Manager to join the school as soon as possible.

Salary Range:            Grade E, £23,541 rising to a maximum of £25,991, per annum pro rata

Actual Salary:             £21,762.10 rising to a maximum of £24,026.96 per annum

Hours/Contract:          Term-time only, Permanent position: 37 hours per week, 41 weeks per year

The Role: We are seeking to appoint an excellent, highly motivated and experienced Office Manager. The role offers variety, challenge and responsibility, working with the Executive Business Manager and the Senior Leadership Team of the School. The position would suit someone who is able to multi task and work accurately and efficiently under pressure in a fast changing environment. 

The Person: The successful candidate will have excellent organisation and administrative skills and be able to communicate effectively. You will be qualified to NVQ Level 4 in Business Administration or have the equivalent experience.  Duties include: managing a business school office including a team of administrators, being the key point of contact for all staff, implementing and maintaining new office systems, preparing documents, taking minutes, handling correspondence and dealing with sensitive and confidential issues. Training will be available for key duties.
