Reach South Schools Shine at the Run Plymouth Schools Challenge!

We are so proud of the incredible pupils from our Plymouth schools who took part in the Run Plymouth Schools Challenge as part of the 2025 Britain’s Ocean City Running Festival!

Each student completed 1 mile each week, either at school or at home, leading up to the big day - Sunday 11th May 2025 - where they ran their final 1.1 miles at the iconic Hoe Promenade, cheered on by thousands of spectators.

This inspiring event encourages children to stay active, build confidence, and achieve their goals through regular exercise and teamwork. It was wonderful to see our students smiling, sprinting, and soaking in the amazing atmosphere on race day.

A huge thank you to all the staff, families, and volunteers who supported our young runners on this journey. Your encouragement made a world of difference.
